Meet us at SPOKEHAÜS, the perfect place for a kick-ass, low-impact, high-intensity full-body cardio party on a bike. In 45 minutes they will transform your body and mind. Wear athletic clothing and bring a water bottle. If you have bike shoes with SPD clips bring those, too!
ARRIVE AT MINIMUM 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO CLASS TIME - DOORS TO STUDIO WILL CLOSE PROMPTLY AT CLASS START TIME. ANY RIDER THATIS NOT READY AND INSIDE, WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO RIDE THE CLASS. SPOKEHAÜS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY BASED ON SAFETY PROTOCOL
